Kinect Internet
The project to rebrand StudioWorks Hosting platform was another internal project. We scrapped the old brand and created our very own web hosting company using the existing platform but a redesigned front end.
Kinect Internet is now a professional web hosting company in it’s own right, providing shared hosting, dedicated servers, domain names and a host of additional extras like hosted Microsoft Exchange mailboxes.
The brand is bold and modern with a simple two tone colour approach. This translates into the website which was built to integrate with the custom HTML and XML admin systems that manage customer accounts. Customers can login directly from kinectinternet.com and manage all their hosting accounts, domains, etc without navigating away. The site includes a Zendesk support chat and ticket system and Paypal and Google Checkout integrations so customers can pay for and upgrade their own hosting without any work required by Kinect Internet’s support staff. The final part of the project was to automate all notifications sent to customers and design some striking email templates for the system.
