Heliomail
Heliomail is a sister company of StudioWorks who specialise in Email Marketing using a simple, feature rich online platform to manage subscriber lists and campaigns. Naturally we created the whole brand and website.
Heliomail required a striking brand to start with as competition in their market is strong. We needed something to stand out even if only a part of the brand guidelines were used (for example the bold colouring). The website also needed to be easy to mange and simple to navigate so using our extensive WordPress experience we created a custom theme, integrated Zendesk helpdesk support features,a portfolio section (that showcases some of StudioWorks designs) and a community FAQ area to enable users to help themselves before contacting support. The login areas were then integrated with the email platform admin area so users can login directly from heliomail.com.
